Built in 1950 by Harry Seidler for his parents and named for his mother, Rose. Located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. There are only three bedrooms in the house, as indicated in the original building plans. The extra room and bathroom on the ground level could easily be converted into a fourth bedroom.
