This is a renovated version of the #starter home by #mbarnet, I like the style of the build they were going for but the #outside needed a bit of help. I moved the stairs to the balcony so they dont get in the way for both of the inside flooring. I added a #toddler room on the second floor since it is a small starter, meaning they can move out once the child grows up. There is a small #office on the first floor aswell! This house can fit at the most of 2 adults and one child! #reno #Rybear777
