The Van Henburg Mansion was falling into disrepair, despite numerous petitions, it is not one of the city's historic buildings. No longer inhabited and dilapidated, it should had to be demolished, but one day a group of friends decided to restore it and then turn it into a bar. The old furniture has not been thrown away,but is now in the attic !
