This is a remake of Steph0sim's Beachside Oasis. It is similar to the original apart from some colours and objects, thanks to no create a style MAXIS. I had to improvise alot more than with my remake of Redwood Manor, and if this house doesn't look high enough blame maxis for not adding terrain tools. All credit goes to the wonderful Steph0sims.
