Family Home
This house has room for #5 sims (6 including a cat). There is a #playroom on the downstairs level for the #children in the home and a nice space for a #teenage sim on that level too. The upstairs has a nice #painting corner and 2 bedrooms. One room for 2 child sims to share and a #masterbedroom for the parents. The backyard has a nice #grill for fun family dinners and #monkeybars for the kids, and also a #hottub because I haven't used it in any builds yet :)
