This #PlayTested #Penthouse is meant to reflect the original #Maxis building in the #ArtistDistrict. The artwork in the house may not transfer - they were painted by one of my #Artist sims and are all #Masterpiece quality. Room for additional paintings in some decor arrangments. #Highwalls. 4th floor is semi-finished. I believe the garden has all #BaseGamePlants and other in perfect quality. 3rd Floor bedroom is modified from a bedroom by #lupaspirit and works, but the orginial is much prettier.
