After Emilia Cosecha's demolishing of the Cantina, she instituted an open-air market to compliment the one by the food stall, as well as a few more stalls to take advantage of La Puerto's main imports from other villages within Selvadorada: coffee beans and herbs, fish, and other Latin-based foods.
