Ukai's family market from Haikyu!! Currently set to function as a retail lot, but also has the table inside for a cafe if you wanted and Ukai's apartment upstairs if you wanted to have a sim move in! I tried to get the exterior and interior as close as I could using references from the show, but the shelves are mostly full of random things.
