Redone retail store from Magnolia Promenade. Has two floors and three stores. There are also three vendors: ice cream, florist, painter and a food court!!!! may need to use cheats and adjust workers to make work but if you hire the employees it works!!! I place mine in Del sol. My sim Freddy Mercury is part owner and currently on the rise as a B lister going on 4 stars!!! I will upload an update of him as well.
