I took @simsupply build from his rag to riches series and made it into a mall/retail store/ community lot. This mall hosts a bookstore, child's clothing store, an adult store, a bakery/food court, a swimming pool, and a athletic facility. At the back there is a small apartment that holds up to four sims.
