An old port building now owned by the community, The Waterfront is always the "next" revitalization project, but seems to have a hard time getting the love and attention it deserves. I added to the original design to add more to do. There are now chess tables, easles and robot making machines. Sims now spread around the space instead of just gathering around the fabricator.
