I hate seeing this big, ugly building of nothingness in my town and I wasn't crazy about the premade versions made by EA. So this is my version of the Maker Space. All the walls are closed in so they don't get cold from the wind and rain blowing in, also I'm not trying to heat the whole outdoors. I also added in beds, showers, and a full kitchen.
