The old apartment building is ideal for the #creative #eco minded Sims. The ruins of an old building next door make for an ideal open air #market. Local #artists have insstalled art pieces around the building, but there is plenty of space to add more. The first floor is completely refurbished for the #maker and #tinker Sims. the second two floors are a blank slate. Or, change it back to a #residential for your #big Sim #family.
