This rather grim-looking structure used to be a chemical plant in old downtown #Newcrest. But thanks to the determination and hard work of local residents, and the city's "Upcycle Newcrest" revitalization program, the #ruined #factory has been cleaned up, and is now a thriving, eco-friendly #MakerSpace that gives Newcresters a place to try their hand at being a #maker and #upcycling old trash into new treasures! There are also a variety #child and #toddler friendly activites in the space, too!
