Here is a School of Sorcery. The building is smaller than the original Magic Headquarters. A smaller building makes it easier and faster to get whrere you need to be. This HQ has a bathroom, small kitchen, sleeping room, library, lounge, Sage classrooms, cauldrons and a greenhouse.
