This first phase of my effort to #remodel #MagicHQ, includes a revamp of the entire buillding's floorplan and a functional main floor. I added a 3rd floor, which is intended to have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Then the top floor will eventually feature a #bar. I figured some may want to download in this phase to make it their own.
