#minimal #modern build with an #illuminatedstaircase, #luxury fixtures and fittings and ample outdoor space. #gym, #study, #openplan living, small #zengarden and #outdooreating areas. I've only used 2 floors - the others are deco only. #moveobject used on the staircase lights. Built because I'm tinkering with the new 50x40 #newcrest lot size. One more thing: when you move your sims in, you might want to get them earning simoleons - the electricity bill is going to be big!
