This bad boi has a living space in the first floor and a literal club in the second. The theme of the club I was going for was kinda of a beach cove theme. The house is great for family time but also for parties. Would be fit for sim household that often hold large parties. The first balcony includes a large pool with all the necesseties to enjoy the view and dine.
