This is quite a big modern house for 1-4 sims. I had a lot of fun building this and was inspired by a house I saw on Pintrest - as usual! The first floor has a lot of hang-out areas including kitchen, livingroom, office, game room, paint room and a bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gym!
