This is what I came up with after following #LunaSimsYT renovation of this house, I took creative liberty with the room shapes and sizes for the most part. so your sim will have everthing they need to survive minus the funds. It's an interesting Struggle Beginner house in my opinion. allows you to make the rooms look how you want them to look and add personality to them. Have fun and Happy Simming. <3
