A reletively low cost home for 2 to 4 sims with Only base game assets. Has all the basics a sim needs, but you can always just use the shell and set it up any way you like. Will fit on even the smallest lot. XD It does say there's a get together item in there somewhere when I upload it, but I can't actually FIND it.... So even if you do decided to use it anyway, the replaced items/texture should be minimal to replace. #basegame #lowcost
