I built this with the thought of having your own retail store at the bottom of where you live. If you have Get To Work, or whatever expansion lets you do retail, maybe this is the place for you??? It has a small apartment upstairs and a spacious store space downstairs. Otherwise, maybe you can repurpose it to some other type of business lot.
