The second floor is similar to that of 30 Middle Lane, and it has an often-forgotten rooftop deck.On the outside, the home looks much like the other five condos in Pleasantview. It is on a corner, and nestled between 50 Lakeside Drive, and the Caliente sisters' home at 170 Main Street.
