Unfurnished and ready for Sims to move in (into one or both if you want roommates). The left is more traditional, while the right house has been updated to appear more modern. Each comes with lovely outdoor seating areas, multiple bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 bathrooms with room for walk-in showers.
