The Wallis Library
This library is based on the historic Wallis Hotel in my town and I thought it would make for a cool library in the Sims, so I recreated it here. This library has everything you'd need plus more. There's a children's room and a community garden off to the side that has some easels scattered about. There's also a fishing pond.
