Wanted to try out making a more modern build of apartments that would be perfect if university existed *crosses fingers*, Each level has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and entertainment area (tv) along with a front desk area. The top level has a balcony where sims can hang out or just stare at the other sims passing by. May make a bigger version of this with a fitness room and spa. #modern #lofts #apartment
