FountainView Loft Penthouse is best for young and creative sims. It has three bedrooms (two for adults and one for children), two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), huge library (the perfect choice for writers to find inspiration and write bestsellers), paint studio at the balcony, floor (!) for parties and beautiful garden with pool on the roof.
