The Rubber Chicken company est. 1900 was a pioneer in the manufacturing of rubber chickens, in the 1950's they diversified into making gnomes and freezer bunnies, however in the early 2000's the works had to close it's doors. In 2017 the Old Works as it was affectionaly known was refurbished into this beautiful luxury penthouse. It has everything, even the old piping!
