Not really one to build anything modern, but the new pack got me excited. I made the house in a way thats easy for anyone to redecorate,especially with the new items coming out this June. This house is large enough to mix things around and add up to 8 sims easily. I included laundry room and office room with large back yard entertainment area. Also cat/pet stuff.
