My take on the 4 bed 2 bath #starter house with NO MOO that #SimGuruFrost recently challenged #lilsimsie to do. This house is for 5 Sims (including one #toddler) and a cat! This is NOT a pack restricted build but a lot of packs have only been used for a single item (e.g. wallpaper) which could be easily subbed out for a similar price base game item. Recommend #seasons and #parenthood though. Built on the Rindle Rose lot in Willow Creek, so just under 20k all in.
