Here is my submission! It is a tiny house built into a cliff with the bottom floor built inro the water. It is a family home for two adults who love painting and their creative child. Just an fyi, the front stairs are not functional so you'll have to teleport sims to get them up and down. Other than that everything else works. Also it's just base game!
