My entry for #lilsimsie10k competition. This house has been done up for the Lofton siblings, Ace and Alison and Alison's daughter Sophia. The siblings inherited this house along with $100 000, after the death of their parents. I have added a modern extension and a swimming pool as well as a backyard for Sophia to play in. There could be up to five bedrooms but instead I converted one into a study the other into a music room. I had $94 125 left over in the budget.
