Lilsimsie Dino challenge, so proud of this build. Spacious main floor with large full bathroom. Upstairs has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms including a master ensuite and a huge pre-teen room. Now the basement is a small in-law or rental suite, maybe even for a an older child moving back home after a failed college attempt. Basement has a full bathroom encluding a kitchenette for ease.
