Welcome to 12 Univeristy of Sims Dr. the home to four of UoS' most elite millenials! After friends Cory and Nikki wedded they insisted their two best friends move in with them. But, seeing this home on the market for 80 years struck a chord in them. However, Cory saw the good bones this place had and knew that renovations was the way to go!
