This hosue was bought and renovated by best friends; Heather &Terra. They made it have a green roof just like the dollhouse they played with when they were kids. The upper part of the house is black since that is where Heather's room is (she is super gloomy). It has a pool, greehouse attachement, art studio, and library. It was built for the #lilsimsie10k challenge. The sims that go with the house(including an annoying & good looking ghost that haunts the house) can be found in my downloads.
