I was watching #lilsimsie build a 3x3 home on youtube and I had an idea for how to arrange. So I got my computer out to build this. I have it completely play tested and everything works. The sim can shower and use the bathroom and watch the TV while in bed. There are plenty of things to help with skill building; computer, easel, and a vertical garden that is sheltered from the seasons.
