I turned the dino shell into three seperate apartments! The first and second floor apartments each have balcony access and lots of bright natural light. And well, the basement is probably the cheapest. But they've got an apple clock, that's better than sunlight, right? All residents have access to laundry and a common outdoor space with a firepit and hot tub. I placed the lot on the 20x20 on Windenburg's island. #simsiedino #apartments #lilsimsie
