It's built in Henford-on-Bagley on the 30x20 lot next to the waterfall. I transformed the #smallsimieshell in a restaurant that's build out of an old barn. It has a lot of space to sit on the outside - inside there's a cozy fireplace and some bigger table, too. I didn't use any CC but quite a few packs.
