My starter home used for #TheSims4RoomChallenge by katoregama (on the Forums). Created using the allowed 64 tile base (8 x 8 tiles) all-in-one room inside (outer patio does not add to the tiling count). You let your sim enter - then remove the door! I also found these lot traits helpful :) Willow Creek Bargain Bend lot.
