This house is inspired by looks from the 1970s. It contains 3 bedrooms (1 furnished for a couple, another for a baby, and the other left empty as a flex space/whatever you want). You can't buy it as a starter with it furnished, but if you were to leave out the furniture and then furnish it with a limited amount of items, it is possible for your sims to begin their lives here.
