Some say this Brindleton Bay lighthouse got it's name from people shouting, "Lookout! Pier!" This dilapidated lighthouse is currently unoccupied and in need of repair. And furniture. It DOES fit within the budget of two starter sims. Especially ones who don't mind a "fixer-upper". Oh, and don't try to find the stairs to the top of the lighthouse.
