A long time ago a clumsy librarian tripped on a candelabra and set the #library ablaze. Sadly, she perished in the fire and still haunts this place today. She sets the building on fire when strangers try to renovate it, so it has been untouched for many years. The ghost's descendant and her husband would like to renovate this building into their new home.
