A nice-sized modern library for Newcrest; it has two bathrooms on the inside, plenty of computers and bookshelves, lounge seating, as well as breakfast bar-style computer areas in the front. The outer landscape has microscope and observatory studying areas. Several chess tables and children's activity tables are also within the lot.
