This house belonged to the Le'Strange family, who founded the town. Strangely, on July 7th 1947, the remaining family members disappeared. The house was turned into a library, the Strangerville Information Center, where the town archives are held and available for browsing. A research machine and 3 computers are ready for use, and the patio is a great place for chess.
