An old industrial victorian factory has been converted into a beautiful #park with a #cafe and a flat for the owner, a fully fledged #makerspace , a #libary specifically for university students, as well as a kids area and a place for a bite to eat! your character can have house and live atop the cafe for a nice buisness free of charge!
