This is a reno of a @furiousfirefly87 build. Still mostly a shell but I added lights, bathrooms, and a kitchen (aka what you'd get when buying a home IRL). It looks a bit dated on purpose. The idea I had is that this was a farmhouse that my sim Anya's great x3 grandparents built and it was on a large farm but while the house remains the farmland was sold and SanMyshuno was built on it.
