Found on #fixmelilsimsie. Originally called Crazy Crumbling Clubhouse. This is my reno. Changed layout. Courtyard in middle. Would be good for #legacychallenge. My story for this is that the tree in the middle of the little courtyard has the family's great-great-great grandparents initials carved into it and therefore they built their house around it to preserve it.
