Modified A-frame style cottage designed for a single spellcaster who wants a touch of modern with the antique. 96/100 tiny home. Made as a starter for an artist/mage sim who has slowly added to it. As there is no room to add another room, the cauldron is outside but covered by a roof area. A touch eccentric and very homey.
