This chamring house offers enough space for a kitchen, a family room, study and a laundry room. Upstairs it has 5 big rooms that can be used to your liking and two bathrooms to avoid trouble in the mornings. It has a garage and a greenhouse. I kept it kind of neutral and the floorplan is by far not perfect but well... I know I build it on an 40x30 lot but I wanted to have a house ready to place on my legacy lot as soon as my family can afford it. #legacychallenge #charming #unfurnished
