Built from a 1960s floorplan for a single story house, this #1960 #retro throwback is has 4 #bedrooms, 3.5 #bathrooms, a #pool, a #patio with #bbq, #laundry facilities in the garage, a center #island in the large #kitchen, and a #karaoke and #TV room in the basement. There was a staircase to nowhere in the floorplan I found, so I made do by adding the basement bedroom and rec. room. The rec room/tv room could always be repurposed to a skill room or anything you fancy.
